Eggnog Smoothie


 There’s nothing like ringing in the holiday season with some eggnog! This Eggnog Smoothie Recipe takes out the dairy milk, cream, and white sugar and replaces these ingredients with lighter and purer vegan ingredients, and adds  nutritional value with almond milk, bananas, maple syrup, and spice while retaining the flavors & sweetness of its traditional counterpart. Served in glass canning jars with festive paper straws, perfect for a homemade holiday celebration. Enjoy!


  • 1 cup unsweetened organic almond milk
  • 1  banana
  • 1.5 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp organic vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg + more to sprinkle on top


Combine all the ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Serve with a dash of nutmeg.
