Happy Autumnal Equinox as Fall season colorfully ushers in. It’s one of two days out of the year that night and day are equal in length, signifying that the balance between light and dark is shifting. Fall Equinox is an opportunity for both reflection and practical forward thinking. Make some downtime to journal, get centered and consider your place within nature, reflect on the changes, make a gratitude list, and revisit any goals you might have set for yourself earlier in the year. Journaling can evoke a state of mindfulness as you close the chapter on Summer, focus on the present, and find your Fall groove. Taking this time to check in with yourself will set the stage for you to realize how far you’ve come this year and prepare for the next big thing. May you transition gracefully into Fall.
